We take the ingredients in our sausages seriously - which is why we use minced lamb, fresh garden rosemary, Australian honey, and confit whole cloves of garlic.

We confit all our own garlic in-house by slowly simmering the cloves in oil until caramelized and sticky with a deep garlic flavour.
