Our SB3 marble scored Signature Black Angus Rib Fillet is beautifully marbled, tender and juicy. Rib fillet steak has excellent marbling throughout the cut, and is a classic favourite for steak lovers because it is hearty, tender and flavourful.
We recommend letting it come to room temperature first then cooking over a very high heat in a pan to develop a delicious crust, or over some hot charcoal coals if you are feeling adventurous for a more smoky flavour.
