Mexican style chicken enchiladas made in house to our own recipe. Packed full of free-range chicken and Mexican beans, seasoned with a mild nacho style sauce they're an easy family favourite.

Oven bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes and top with a dollop of sour cream when cooked.
