Every product is expertly selected, prepared, and packed by our butchers to ensure premium quality and freshness.

We currently deliver to selected regions across Australia using refrigerated couriers and registered delivery vehicles. All orders are packed in insulated, biodegradable thermal boxes with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity from our butcher shop to your door.

 

Delivery Conditions:

 

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

  • If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested.

  • Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer.

  • Please refrigerate or freeze items as soon as possible upon delivery.

  • Delivery days and cut-off time is 1pm

  • Regional QLD - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, allow 2-3 business days

  • Remote QLDMonday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday depending on location, 3-4 business days from order.

  • Canberra Metro & surrounds - Delivery typically Tuesday and Friday. Allow 3-4 business days from order.

 

Victoria

  • Melbourne Metro - DeliveryMonday to Friday on set weekday per suburb. Allow 2-3 business days

  • Regional VIC - Delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, allow 3-4 business days.

  • Remote VIC - Delivery Wednesday's, allow 4-5 business days from order.

 

South Australia

  • Adelaide Metro Only - Delivery generally on Tuesday's, allow 5-7 business days from order.

 

We are continuously expanding our delivery zones. If we don’t currently deliver to your area, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist or recommend alternatives.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or refunds will only be processed if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If you believe there has been an issue with your order such as a supply error or a product that doesn't meet our usual high standards, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

 

Change of Mind

 

We’re unable to provide returns or refunds for change of mind or if a product doesn’t align with personal taste preferences. However, our team is always here to help, we’d be glad to suggest alternatives or recommend cuts and products that may better suit your preferences for future orders.

 

Return Conditions

 

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • It must be stored at or below 4°C until returned

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
