Our Flinders Natural Grass-fed Rib Fillet Piece is lightly marbled, tender, and full of flavour. It has a fuller, beefier flavour due to the grass-fed diet of our cattle that roam on pastures.

A rib fillet piece is ideal for a small dinner party or if you are looking to feed your family. It is a smaller piece of the whole cube roll, and perfect to roast whole and carve into a roast beef - or cut into steaks and you will have 5-6 steaks.
