A popular meatball dish in the Middle East, our koftas are hearty and warming little logs of spiced ground lamb meat. To finish them off, we sprinkle each kofta with dukkah - a traditional spice mix of herbs, nuts and spices that has existed in Egypt since the pyramids. A hit with the kids and adults. Full of flavour and easy to serve.
