Cooking Inspiration

For a showstopping roast, sear the log in a hot pan, then finish in the oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes for a perfect medium-rare. Rest before slicing into thick medallions and serve with a red wine jus or peppercorn sauce. Alternatively, cut into 200–250g fillet steaks and grill or pan-sear with garlic butter and thyme.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested. Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer. Please refrigerate or freeze items as soon as possible upon delivery.
