Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we generally cannot accept returns once they’ve left our facility. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We’ll review your case promptly and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
The product must be in its original packaging
It must be stored at or below 4°C until returned
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
