Every product is expertly selected, prepared, and packed by our butchers to ensure premium quality and freshness.
We currently deliver to selected regions across Australia using refrigerated couriers and registered delivery vehicles. All orders are packed in insulated, biodegradable thermal boxes with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity from our butcher shop to your door.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested.
Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or refunds will only be processed if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If you believe there has been an issue with your order such as a supply error or a product that doesn't meet our usual high standards, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
We’re unable to provide returns or refunds for change of mind or if a product doesn’t align with personal taste preferences. However, our team is always here to help, we’d be glad to suggest alternatives or recommend cuts and products that may better suit your preferences for future orders.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

It must be stored at or below 4°C until returned
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
