With the Sanchoku Wagyu Rump Roast, we have taken care of all the prep work for you. These are richly marbled with a marble score of SB4-5 inside the roast and are a great mid-week meal option.

Oven bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes for a medium doneness which we recommend for wagyu, so the beautiful marbling renders throughout the meat.
