Cooking Inspiration

Steak Night: Slice into 250–300g steaks and sear over high heat for a perfect crust and juicy, rare centre. Rest before serving with a dollop of truffle butter or chimichurri.

Roast Whole: Season simply with salt and rosemary, then roast at 160°C until internal temp reaches 52–54°C for medium rare. Rest and carve thinly for impressive entertaining.
