Our Easy Carve Lamb Leg delivers all the flavour and presentation of a traditional lamb roast with none of the hassle. Expertly trimmed and partially boned by our Peter Augustus butchers, this approx. 1.4kg cut allows for smooth, simple carving while retaining the full, rich flavour that only bone-in lamb can offer.

Every lamb leg is vacuum-sealed for freshness and ready to roast. With tender meat, a generous fat cap for basting, and plenty of natural flavour, this is your go-to for hearty, home-cooked comfort food.

Pat the lamb dry and score the fat. Rub generously with olive oil, sea salt, fresh rosemary, garlic, and lemon zest. Roast at 180°C for 75–90 minutes (depending on your preferred doneness), then rest for at least 15 minutes before carving. Serve with roast potatoes, steamed greens, and your choice of mint sauce or a red wine jus.
Tip: Leftovers make excellent wraps or Greek-style souvlaki with tzatziki and salad.

We currently deliver to selected regions across Australia using refrigerated couriers and registered delivery vehicles. All orders are packed in insulated, biodegradable thermal boxes with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity from our butcher shop to your door.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested.
Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or refunds will only be processed if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If you believe there has been an issue with your order such as a supply error or a product that doesn't meet our usual high standards, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
We’re unable to provide returns or refunds for change of mind or if a product doesn’t align with personal taste preferences. However, our team is always here to help, we’d be glad to suggest alternatives or recommend cuts and products that may better suit your preferences for future orders.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
