At Peter Augustus Craft Butchers, weâre committed to delivering restaurant-quality meat and exceptional service. Every product is expertly selected, prepared, and packed by our butchers to ensure premium quality and freshness.
We currently deliver to selected regions across Australia using refrigerated couriers and registered delivery vehicles. All orders are packed in insulated, biodegradable thermal boxes with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity from our butcher shop to your door.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested. Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer. Please refrigerate or freeze items as soon as possible upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. Weâll review your case promptly and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
