Picanha, or Rump Cap Steak is known for it's full flavour and tenderness. Prized in Brazilian BBQ, our Signature Black Angus has premium marbling with a juicy tender result. These steaks are the ideal size for all the family.

We recommend grilling the fat side down first to render down the fat cap, then grill either side of the steak in its own beef tallow for a decadent steak dinner.
