Reward substitutions: Because fresh stock availability can change, Peter Augustus may replace a welcome gift or tier reward item with an alternative cut or product of the same retail value if the original reward is unavailable or discontinued.
How do I join?
You already are. Every customer starts in the Grazier's Club from their first order. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your total spend with us over time. Once you cross a threshold, you're promoted to the next club and your new perks switch on.
What's the difference between a welcome gift and a tier reward?
Your welcome gift is a one-time reward issued when you first reach a tier. It is supplied as a promotional code, so you need to add the gift to your cart and enter the code at checkout. Tier order rewards are separate and are added automatically after an eligible paid order of A$200 or more.
How do I get the most value from my membership?
For Griller's Club members and above, an eligible paid order of A$200 or more can unlock complimentary tier rewards automatically. Grazier's, Griller's and Prime Club members also receive free shipping on orders over A$200.
Do tier rewards apply to gift card orders?
No. Gift card line items are excluded from the automated tier reward flow.
What if a perk item is temporarily out of stock?
It happens with fresh produce. If a particular cut isn't available, we'll swap in an alternative of the same value so you never miss out.
Can I convert a redeemed voucher back into points?
Once your points are redeemed into a reward voucher, that redemption is generally considered final and can't be converted back. This keeps things fair and consistent for all members. As a one-time courtesy, we may reverse an accidental redemption if the voucher is unused, you get in touch within 48 hours, and it's your first time asking. Beyond that, we recommend double-checking your redemption before confirming it.
