How do I join?

How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your total spend with us over time. Once you cross a threshold, you're promoted to the next club and your new perks switch on.
What's the difference between a welcome gift and a recurring perk?
Your welcome gift is a one-off, given the first time you reach a tier. Your recurring perk comes back every time, added to each order over A$200 for as long as you hold that tier.
Why is A$200 the threshold for perks?
It keeps things simple. A$200 is already the level that earns you free shipping, so we use the same number for your tier perk. One easy target to remember.
What if a perk item is temporarily out of stock?
It happens with fresh produce. If a particular cut isn't available, we'll swap in an alternative of the same value so you never miss out.
