How to Place a Wholesale Order
A step-by-step guide for new and existing wholesale customers of Peter Augustus.
New Customer? Start Here - Apply for a B2B Wholesale Account
Before placing a wholesale order, you need to apply for a B2B wholesale account. This is a one-time process. Once your application is reviewed and approved, your account will be set up with your assigned pricing tier, and you will be sent an email to activate access.
Step 1 - Go to www.peteraugustus.com.au
Open your browser and go to the Peter Augustus website.
Step 2 - Click "Wholesale & B2B"
Click the Wholesale & B2B navigation bar, or go directly to the Wholesale & B2B Sign Up page.
Step 3 - Complete the Wholesale Sign Up Form
Fill in your contact details, company information, and billing/shipping address, and let us know how often you anticipate ordering, how many people work in your company, and your expected monthly order quantity. This is how your pricing tier is determined.

Step 4 - We review your application and set up your account
Your application is sent directly to our team for review. This typically takes 1 business day. Once approved, we create your company profile and assign your pricing tier, and every person from your business who will be ordering is set up with their own individual login. You will each receive a B2B Access Email confirming your account is ready, with a link to activate it.
Note: Each staff member who orders on behalf of your company gets their own individual login. This keeps ordering and payment details private to each user, so nobody at your company can see another person's payment information.
Your pricing tier is based on your estimated monthly order volume:

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does approval take?
On average, wholesale account approval takes 1 business day from when we receive your application.
Can more than one person from my company order?
Yes. Every staff member who places orders gets their own individual login under your company account, so each person can order independently with the correct wholesale pricing applied.
Will everyone at my company see the same pricing?
Yes, everyone under your company account sees the same tier discount. Payment details, however, stay private to each login.
What if my monthly order volume changes?
If your ordering volume grows or changes significantly, email info@peteraugustus.com.au and we will review your tier.
Do I need a coupon code to get my wholesale price?
No. Once your account is active, your wholesale price is applied automatically when you are signed in, no coupon code needed.
What if I don't receive my B2B Access Email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after 1 business day, contact info@peteraugustus.com.au or call 07 3155 6113, and our team will resend it.

Step 1 - Go to www.peteraugustus.com.au
Open your browser and go to the Peter Augustus website. Wholesale ordering happens directly on our main store, so there is no separate portal to log into.
Step 2 - Click the account icon and sign in
Click the account icon (top right) and sign in with your own individual email address, the one your B2B Access Email was sent to.

Step 3 - Browse products - your wholesale price is shown automatically
Once signed in, browse the store as normal. On every product, you will see the original retail price alongside your wholesale price, so your savings are visible straight away. Your tier discount is applied automatically - no coupon codes needed.
Step 4 - Click "View Cart" to review your order
Once you have added everything you need, click View Cart to review your order before proceeding.

Step 5 - Add order notes, then click "Checkout"
If you have any special instructions (e.g., cutting instructions, delivery notes), add them in the order notes field. Then click Checkout.
Step 6 - Add your details and shipping address
Fill in your contact details and the delivery address for this order. Your wholesale prices and cart items carry over automatically.
Step 7 - Enter payment details and complete your order
Enter your card details or choose another available payment method, then click Complete Order.
