The PURE Wagyu Difference
Pure Wagyu comes from fullblood or purebred Wagyu genetics (97.75%+ Wagyu), offering the highest potential for marbling, tenderness, and flavour complexity. Unlike crossbred Wagyu, PURE Wagyu delivers the signature melt-in-your-mouth texture, rich buttery flavour, and refined eating experience that sets it apart. This product is 400 days grain finished to maximise marbling and flavour, with no added hormones.
Cooking Inspiration
Oven Roast: Preheat oven to 180°C. Roast for 50 to 60 minutes for medium-rare. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
Low & Slow: Slow roast, or sous vide for ultra-tender, evenly cooked results.
Serving Tips: Slice thinly, and pair with buttery mash, roasted greens, or a rich red wine jus.
Finish: Garnish with rosemary, thyme, or horseradish cream for an elevated presentation.
