    Cooking Inspiration

    To achieve perfect crackling, pat the skin dry and leave uncovered in the fridge overnight. Score, rub with oil and salt, then roast at 240°C for 30 minutes to crisp the skin. Reduce heat to 170°C and roast for approximately 25 minutes per 500g until cooked through. Rest before carving.
