How to Place a Wholesale Order
A step-by-step guide for new and existing wholesale customers of Peter Augustus.
New Customer? Start Here - Create a Wholesale Account
Before placing a wholesale order, you need to apply for a wholesale account. This is a one-time process. Once approved, you will be assigned a pricing tier based on your monthly order volume.
Step 1 - Go to www.peteraugustus.com.au
Open your browser and go to the Peter Augustus website.
Step 2 - Click "Wholesale & B2B"
Click Wholesale & B2B on the right side of the navigation bar.
Step 3 - Create your wholesale account
You will land on the wholesale account page. Fill in your business details and submit your application. In the Notes field, mention your estimated monthly order volume in kg. This is how your pricing tier is determined.
Step 4 - Wait for approval and account activation
Our team will review your application and assign you to the appropriate pricing tier. You will receive an email with an activation link to set your password.
Your pricing tier is based on your estimated monthly order volume:

| PA Wholesale One | Below 100 kg | ~5% off all products |
| PA Tier 1 | 100 - 200 kg | ~10% off |
| PA Tier 2 | 200 - 300 kg | ~20% off |
| PA Tier 3 | 300 kg+ | ~30% off |

Step 1 - Go to www.peteraugustus.com.au
Open your browser and go to the Peter Augustus website.
Step 2 - Click the account icon and log in
Click the account icon (top right) to open the account menu. Click Orders to proceed.
Step 3 - Sign in with your email
Enter the email address registered to your wholesale account.
Step 4 - Enter the login code you receive
A one-time login code will be emailed to you. Check your inbox and enter it to proceed.
Note: Can't find the code? Check your spam/junk folder. The code expires after a few minutes - click Resend if needed.
Step 5 - Go to Orders - Wholesale Order tab
Once logged in, click your account icon (top right) then click Orders. Select the Wholesale Order tab to be redirected to the wholesale portal.
Step 6 - Select products and quantities
Browse the wholesale portal and add the products you want. Your tier discount is automatically applied - no coupon codes needed.
Step 7 - Click "View Cart" to review your order
Once you have added everything you need, click View Cart to review your order before proceeding.
Step 8 - Add order notes, then click "Checkout"
If you have any special instructions (e.g., cutting instructions, delivery notes), add them in the order notes field. Then click Checkout.
Step 9 - You will be taken to the checkout page
Clicking Checkout takes you to the secure Peter Augustus checkout. Your wholesale prices and cart items carry over automatically.
Step 10 - Add your details and shipping address
Fill in your contact details and the delivery address for this order.
Step 11 - Enter payment details and complete your order
Enter your card details or choose another available payment method, then click Complete Order.
