Made from freshly chopped herbs, garlic, vinegar, and a touch of chilli, itâs the perfect balance of freshness, acidity, and mild heat, a true Argentine-inspired classic with a Peter Augustus twist.
Whether youâre drizzling it over grilled steak, spooning it onto roast vegetables, or using it as a marinade before the barbecue, this 30g portion delivers big flavour in every spoonful. Hand-mixed for freshness and consistency, itâs the same chimichurri that accompanies our most popular Wagyu and Angus boxes.

At Peter Augustus Craft Butchers, weâre committed to delivering restaurant-quality meat and exceptional service. Every product is expertly selected, prepared, and packed by our butchers to ensure premium quality and freshness.
We currently deliver to selected regions across Australia using refrigerated couriers and registered delivery vehicles. All orders are packed in insulated, biodegradable thermal boxes with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity from our butcher shop to your door.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is home, orders may be left safely at the doorstep unless otherwise requested. Once delivered, responsibility for the care of products transfers to the customer. Please refrigerate or freeze items as soon as possible upon delivery.

At Peter Augustus, we take pride in delivering premium Australian meat always fresh, always handled with care. Every order is inspected by our craft butchers and packed under strict food-safety standards to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we generally cannot accept returns once theyâve left our facility. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. Weâll review your case promptly and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
